[HOW TO] Change the Engine Oil & Filter on a 2024+ Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD Duramax L5P 6.6L

In this video I give the Duramax a fresh oil change. I plan on doing oil changes on this truck every 5,000-6,000 miles. That usually equates to 30%-20% on the OLM. This process should be similar on 2017+ L5P variants engines. Check your owners manual for specifics related to L5P Series 1 and Series 2 engine variants. Starting in 2024 the L5P was updated to Series 2 engines. 2017-2023 would be the Series 1 variant. I used Amsoil Signature Seires 15W40 Diesel Oil and a WIX XP Filter.
