Thief Lore: The Lost City's Past [ Extended cut ]

I'm not the first one to notice the star arch above Va-Taraq, but I don't know if anyone else has talked about the connections to "Son of the Sky". By the way, as you can see, those Egyptian depictions of the body of the goddess use the exact same five-pointed star as the star pattern in the ceiling of the tomb. By the way, there also seems to be a female figure on the placard of the necropolis, with her arms outstretched. Perhaps this is N'Lahotep as well, welcoming the dead into her arms. All of the measurements are exact because it uses the actual level geometry of the missions The Lost City in Thief: Gold and Kidnap in Thief 2, (and the prototype of Kidnap) to represent all of the canon (and cut content) geometry, and I then 3D-modeled the rest and applied the same textures, plus some new custom ones. The one liberty I took was that the library is actually in a slightly different place in Thief 2, and so I used that position due to it being a later iteration by Looking Glass. The canal representing the briefing video picture is completely original content, as well as the Great Temple-Palace. I assumed that that part of the map is what the in-game text refers to, since it does seem to depict a god over a building. I also improvised the observatory. I don't know it it would make sense for a lighthouse to be in the middle of town, but an observatory next to a library?
