FBi: start of first show

Summer 2000's Live and Kicking fill-in show, a revamped version of Fully Booked (revamped to the extent that nothing was the same apart from one of the presenters). It's got a great title sequence (that screams INTERACTIVE), and Vernon Kay's terrestrial TV debut...but that's about it. 22.04.00, all copyright remains BBC Scotland.
