In 2019, Darron Speck along with his son Alex took a journey like no other. For the BBC series "Race Across The World" Darron and Alex had to travel from London to Singapore for the price of a plane ticket. The catch? No planes were allowed, overland transport only along with a set budget. Darron and Alex came incredibly close to claiming the winners prize finishing as runners up. Darron has been an avid traveller for many years. Complete with his bicycle, a tent and occasionally some Bourbon, Darron continues to complete incredible cycling challenges across the globe.
