Living it in Tanzania, part 3: Safari, Lake Manyara.

We leave Moshi and head for Arusha, where our driver and guide is waiting, and set off on a Safari by jeep in Lake Manyara National Park. On the way we pass a Masai village and Africa's highest mountain, the majestic, snow capped Kilimanjaro. After a short stop, changing a flat tire - the second one so far in Tanzania - we get to experience amazing nature and wild life, including tree climbing lions, zebras, antelopes, elephants, monkeys, giraffes, African buffalos, hippos,... and some really beautiful, exotic birds. Next week we continue our guided safari to the Ngorongoro crater (lions and rhinos coming up!)
