Today is the official start of this YouTube channel and the first addition to my Case Study Series! 📚 Thank you so much for being here, despite the grim topic of today. I just felt like this was something that needed to be addressed, especially since the case has gained so much traction recently on social media. Today, we are breaking down the case of United States v Steven Anderegg and explaining the implications of the motion of indictment to his charge of possession of AI CSAM material. We will be discussing why the courts ruled this way, the implications of the ruling, and what you can do to help change the outcome of future case reforms and rulings regarding children & AI Generation. We explain how previous cases like Stanley v Georgia & Ashcroft v Free Speech Coalition have influenced the way this case was handled in the courts and explain how this material isn’t truly “victimless” (in my opinion).
