LISE 2026 Aftermovie

Wrapping up an incredible week at LISE 2026! The 16th edition of the Luxembourg International Science Expo, organised by the FJSL, took place from 18 to 24 October 2026. It brought together more than 120 young scientists aged 11 to 25 from six continents, who presented 77 projects in Luxembourg: our biggest edition yet. From the blast furnaces of Belval and the copper mine of Stolzembourg to the Opening Ceremony and Cultural Night at Vianden Castle, from a bowling night in Pétange to the Open Days at Lycée Vauban and a farewell party to remember, the week was full of science, culture and friendship. Participants arrived as strangers and left as a constellation of friends from every corner of the world. More than 140 people lived this week together, and each of them made it unforgettable. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the participants, supervisors, volunteers, partners, supporters and visitors who made this edition so special. Alone, we are stars. Together, we make constellations.
