Saving & Drying Chillies | Easy Home Method

In this video I’m saving and drying my chilli harvest — from small hot varieties to big, colourful ones. I show how I prepare them, the different ways you can dry chillies at home, and how to store them so they last for months. Whether you grow chillies on the plot or pick them up from the shop, drying them is a brilliant way to keep the flavour, heat and colour for future cooking. Once dried, you can use them whole, crush them, or grind them into your own chilli powder. If you’ve never dried chillies before, this is a simple, reliable method that works with any variety.
