GRINDMOTHER: Official Montreal Farewell Show - Full Set (Dec 5, 2025)

77-year-old metal singer Grindmother performs her final Montreal show on Dec 5, 2025 following a dementia diagnosis. Grindmother played before a sold out crowd of 1,400 at Club Soda as part of the “No Fear For Tomorrow Tour”, opening for Cattle Decapitation, Aborted, Frozen Soul, and Tribal Gaze. The band consisted of Rayny Forster (bass), along with guest musicians Topon Das (guitar) and Mathieu Vilandré (drums) of fellow Canadian grindcore band Fuck the Facts. Because of Grindmother’s health, guest vocalists performed most of the set. The singers were: -Chelsea Marrow (Visitant) performing Media Spin, Any Cost, Mother Nature, Like a River Flows -Liz Selfish (Brat) performing Illusions, Fail to Cure, Beliefs Become Reality -Alissa White-Gluz (Blue Medusa, ex-Arch Enemy) performing History Repeats, Manufactured, Healing the Mind -Grindmother performing Age of Destruction At the end of the show, Alissa White-Gluz presented Grindmother with flowers as she took the final and very emotional bow of her amazing career.
