Hulugan Falls, Laguna - NOT what I expected.

Hulugan Falls is a beautiful waterfall in Luisiana, Laguna and is the highest in Laguna. To get there is just a short but very steep walk from the top of a near vertical river valley. If you are choosing to travel to Hulugan Falls, best choose your time of year carefully. What you expect to find when you get there might not be what you get. During the dry season December to May there may be a considerably depleted water supply which affects how the waterfall looks. But, every visit brings its own adventure. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic location for a short trek in the country. The costs are below.
