Aston Martin Valhalla Spider: 1,064 HP Open-Top Supercar + Vegas Car Week

Aston Martin has taken the roof off its fastest road car ever. Revealed on October 28, 2026, the Valhalla Spider is an open-top version of the 1,064 brake horsepower plug-in hybrid hypercar, pairing a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors. Zero to 62 mph takes just 2.5 seconds, and top speed is 350 km/h, or 217 mph, with the roof off. Because the carbon tub needed almost no extra bracing, the Spider weighs under 20 kg more than the coupe, at 1,680 kg dry weight, and it keeps its frameless dihedral doors, with a choice of a removable carbon hardtop or a fabric soft-top. The public debut is on October 30, 2026, at the Concours at Wynn Las Vegas, and around 250 Spiders will be built within a total Valhalla run of 999 cars, priced from around 935,000 pounds, about 40 percent above the coupe, with deliveries from autumn 2027 and the order book already open. Vegas car week does not stop there. The SEMA Show takes over the Las Vegas Convention Center from November 3 to November 6, 2026. Mopar turns 90 with a Charger special edition of just 270 cars, 90 in each of three colours, a 10,995 dollar package with a twin-turbo 3.0-litre inline-six and all-wheel drive, making 420 hp in the Charger R/T and 550 hp in the Scat Pack. Six students from Washtenaw Community College will build the winning Ford Custom Garage design as a live Bronco build on the SEMA show floor, revealed on the final day. And Mitsubishi returns to SEMA for the first time since 2012, headlined by the 2028 Outlander Diamond Trail Edition with a Rock mode for serious off-road driving.
