Season 8 Episode 20: The Trial Dana confronts Karen over her reneging on the surrogate contract she signed with Adam and Dana. Karen swears that the baby is part of her life and Jesse accuses Dana of being sent by Adam to soften Karen up and orders her to leave. Morgan Hess informs Alexis that Sean Rowan brought Jesse to Denver and paid him to prevent Adam and Dana from getting Dana’s baby by talking Karen out of the surrogate contract. Alexis suspects that Sean intended to steal the baby from Adam out of revenge. Alexis wants Morgan to find anything that links Jesse to Sean.
