MORE ABOUT NARA VILLAS 3BR Nara Villas 3BR solves a tight plot by building up rather than out: 226 sqm of build on 188 sqm of land, with open-plan living, kitchen and dining flowing onto the pool deck downstairs, three ensuite bedrooms above, and a private rooftop deck recovering the outdoor space the footprint used. Cross-ventilation is designed into the plan rather than left to air conditioning, and the specification is fixed rather than vague — MODENA appliances, Paloma sanitary fittings, Cemento Grey floors, solid wood exterior detailing. Sleeps 6. Held on a 30-year lease with a built-in 30-year extension, with optional upgrades including a teakwood living room ceiling and a stone wall and timber deck. Projected returns run 10.3–14% annually depending on occupancy; these are the developer’s estimates based on comparable Uluwatu performance, not guaranteed results.
