INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 11:30 PM, 10.27.23 LOCATION: EB 10 Fwy, Vincent Ave CITY: West Covina DETAILS: CHP and West Covina Fire Department responded to a car fire westbound 10 freeway at Vincent Ave. The vehicle was fully engulfed once units arrived on the scene. Everyone inside the vehicle made it out safely.
