Worden parkrun 27/07/2024: Progression run/negative splits

Worden parkrun in Leyland, Lancashire on 27th July 2024. I ran this starting at half marathon pace and progressed up to 5k pace by the final km. Negative splits done! Each km was faster than the previous one. Quite difficult to do on this course due to some narrow sections where overtaking is hard. As for the run: a nice park and an interesting mixed terrain run. Plenty of tarmac, grass and woodland trail. As this was on a nice day in July, there was not a lot of mud.
