Lapin is a free, open-source BIM modeller built on IFC. You draw walls, floors, roofs, doors and windows, and they are real IFC elements with their layers, types and properties. Plans, sections, elevations and sheets are drawn from the model and export to PDF and DXF. The model goes out to IFC and 3D formats, and you can work on the same project with others, live.
