I built the two-tone walnut and cherry version on camera, and at the end I bring out the all-walnut version too. Let me know in the comments which one you'd pick.

In the build I cover cutting the trapezoid segments, the glue-up, flattening and sanding, shaping the hexagon, finishing with wipe-on poly, and installing the lazy susan bearing so it spins smooth.
