Eggheads Barrow Independents cut

This is a team of Independent Custody Visitors from Barrow-in-Furness who voluntarily give up their time to visit the police cells, on behalf of the Police Commissioner for Cumbria, to make sure that the welfare of the detainees and that, whatever their offence, they are being satisfactorily as regards all their rights such as medical and legal. Custody visitors can visit at any time, day or night 365 days a year, and cannot be refused access to the custody suite.
