How long have you been working on it, and what is the baby actually going to be called? Mozart: Including the whole pre-production phase, we have been tinkering for 2 years. Since, even after such a long time, we are musicians by vocation, all band members have to do physical work not related to their profession. On top of that, we are usually financially at the limit, financing our work ourselves, without funding or grants. Time passes that way. Since January of this year, however, we have been in the serious studio phase, and we hope to be able to release our album by November 2026 at the latest. COVER UP will be the album's title, but I don't want to reveal more at this point! 2- Why do we have FEMALE frontwomen on the SINGLE EAGLE, contrary to previous tradition? Mozart: Primarily, it should be said that in our band we don’t do female/male/dominant/submissive stories. My opinion is, we are all humans with the same rights and duties, and the differentiated genders sometimes even bring a lot of joy, I know that! I want to say, the female band members are talented, able to work in a team, and therefore this time they are right at the front! In addition, our guests have surely noticed that we currently like to work with CHORUS VOCALS, which brings rich harmonies and numerous possibilities to make our music even more mature. We currently have a truly organically harmonious band on stage, which I personally appreciate very much! 3- Do you want to present the new album live? Is anything planned? Mozart: We are already thinking about it! We are also motivated; the stage is actually our playground, in every sense! Since we released our last album in 2017, including a tour, we have had a very long stage absence until 2024, partly due to misfortunes that individual musicians of our band had to stoically endure. But now we have NO BOOKER/ festival organizer, etc., anymore, as well as NO REQUESTS FOR FESTIVALS 2026/27! We are not planning a tour; financially, that would be absurd, but festivals / themed events or individual concerts, that would be our way! If a BOOKER or friends of the band happen to have an idea, or even SERIOUS OFFERS - that would really help us!
