Lofi in a Cozy Pixel Town: Desert Mining and Country Rides, Soft Piano | OriginForge Connect

Gameplay from OriginForge Connect, a free pixel town game opening 31 Oct. Follow along at   / originforgeconnect   Soft lofi for studying, coding and slowing down, over a gentle loop of sunny pixel town gameplay: a ride out of the village plaza past the pond and the Coding Academy, along a country road over a little stream, out of the forest into the desert to pick up stones, then into Red Rock Canyon to mine by the old mine entrance and find amethyst and emerald in the sand. In OriginForge Connect there is plenty to do between quests: mine copper, iron, gold and gems, dig for treasure on beaches and in the desert, fish, and forage. About the game: OriginForge Connect is made with heavy AI assistance. Paul writes the world and story and directs the build, while the code, pixel art and in-game music are AI-generated from his briefs. The lofi on this video is separate and made a different way: No AI music generator was used. Every track is synthesised from scratch, note by note, with no samples or stock loops. Soft felt piano melody, clean harmonic Rhodes, gentle pads, soft bass, brushed drums and vinyl crackle in the key of D at 74 BPM. It opens with a slow build-up from sparse chords and reaches the full sound around minute 4. No vocals, about 33 minutes. Music only, no game sounds. Original music by OriginForge Studio, using the ContentForge Instrument sound. Rendered offline. ContentForge: https://contentforge.originforgestudi...
