we have it bad folks - people kept asking me why or how bad so I decided to show you several retries without swapping any gear, comps, etc. the rng we have is the worst because: we need frost stacks to proc perfectly PER MOB and BOSS - other classes just need the buff on themselves not per mob at 113 - you are also rng blizzard proc every time you attack, every skill you cast if using icy rock, you're also hoping for good MP % regain procs you're hoping your chain lightning hits the right targets and not 'wasted' i minimized my min/max to less than 10% for this test
