Diablo 3: Season 40 starts 2 Oct. (SC Necro, No Cache)

This actually is a replicable leveling approach every season, unlike the other video where I used the Soul Shard for money. And this run, only Sage's Set was used, alongside a Level 22 two-handed legendary sword, thus no legendaries with skill multipliers. And yes, this is faster than the other video, but there's one tiny difference. The other video was an HC approach, whereas this is for SC. Yes, I didn't die in this run, but this is an aggressive, i.e. very low defense, build. No Bone Armor nor Final Service for the last stretch of the game. With Cursed Chests, Level 70 gear, and Bone Armor, you're pretty much safe for the entire 1-70 run. With the Fields of Misery approach, you always need to be moving, and getting stuck can be deadly. If you feel comfortable though in HC, go for it.
