Review: ZSA Moonlander Mechanical Split Hot-swap keyboard. Full Review & comparison to ErgoDox EZ

An in-depth review of the Moonlander keyboard from ZSA. Looking at it on its own merits and also how it compares to the ErgoDox EZ. If this was useful, please consider buying me a coffee. It really helps out with getting these videos made: https://ko-fi.com/benfrain Update Aug 21: This review mentions an issue I had with the keyboard not waking my machine. This issue was due to macOS, fixed in an update. Running 11.4 here and zero issues waking either machine via monitor KVM 👍 The Moonlander is a split, column layout hot-swap mechanical keyboard from ZSA. Got one and disagree with my review? Or still unsure about some aspect of this board? Let me know in the comments below. I bought this keyboard with my own money, and the contents here are my own opinion. 0:00 Beginning 0:34 Introduction 1:53 Trepidation 3:43 Initial impressions 4:40 Kaihl Box Blocks 5:35 Built in wrist rests 6:15 USB cabling and wake from sleep issues with KVM 8:02 Stabilizer keys rattle and fix 9:48 Keycap compatibility 10:32 Learning to use the Moonlander 10:59 Oryx and Wally 12:56 Special capabilities 13:18 Auto Shift 13:42 Tap Dance 15:15 Ultimate Text Editing Productivity with Sublime Text 15:35 Oryx Training 16:49 What's coming next? 17:30 Summary Stop by my blog why don't you? https://benfrain.com You can find my web development books here: https://www.amazon.com/Ben-Frain/e/B0...
