Begin Again, Exactly Here | Heaven & Earth Meditation |Mindful Munch 117

What if every moment is an opportunity to begin again? In this Mindful Munch, recorded from Jerusalem, we explore the creation story in Genesis through mindfulness, breathwork, and open awareness. We practise noticing our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judging them, and explore how the way we meet our experiences can shape what happens within us. 🌬️ Breathe between heaven and earth 🌱 Notice what is arising 🕊️ Meet the present moment with openness and compassion May this practice bring a little more presence and love into your day. 🌿 Join the Mindful Munch WhatsApp group for links to our free live sessions: https://chat.whatsapp.com/KIhKkHPHIJl...
