Lydden BHP Show, 07 05 12 Jaguar S-type 3 litre Manual Mike Hawthorn No 33

Some in (or on) car footage from the 2012 May Bank Holiday BHP show at Lydden in Kent. Towards the end of this lacklustre clip a tyre deflates and causes the Great Howardo to leave the track. A few minutes later the tyre is reflated by some nice chaps at the mobile tyre fitters and I was able to complete the next 2 sessions. Watch the last 4 or 5 mins to see the incident. If you feel like timing the laps, Lydden is one mile long so do it in 1 minute and you are averaging 60 mph... that is AVERAGE. You try driving 60 miles in one hour on country roads this twisty and see how you get on! Blow it up to full screen it is just like being a passenger!
