Lee's Summit, MO to Salida, CO: A Complete Real Time Road Trip

This is part 3 of 5 of my New York-to-Santa Monica trip, done in real time: Lee's Summit to Salida. The states passed through are: Missouri: 0:00:10 - 0:18:37 Kansas: 0:18:37 - 7:36:26 Colorado: 7:36:26 - 12:31:03 This was my favorite of the five days of driving that I did, and the best part was climbing elevations without seeing any mountains, but then seeing Pikes Peak (even though I didn't know what it was at first) about 100 miles east of it.
