2026 Street Paving in Chamblee

The City of Chamblee will repave 21 streets from mid-September through October. In 2020, the City of Chamblee conducted a paving conditions analysis to determine the priority list of paving projects based on road conditions. This was done in conjunction with the City’s first SPLOST allocation. The City of Chamblee is spending $2.6-million on street repaving. Of the $2.6-million, the City is utilizing $780,000 of Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) funding through the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and $1,820,000 in Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) funding to complete this project.
