I ADOPTED A NEW PET! Meet Nibble & Squeaky

Thanks to Olly & Avant for bringing the piggies & all their equipment -- The previous owners, old friends of mine, truely meant the best upon adopting these guinea pigs, and loved them dearly, but as time passed by it showed that they couldn't really provide the piggies with what they needed. The guinea pigs wouldn't get vegetables, their cage was rather bare and non-clean most of the time, there wasn't a lot of interaction, their feet were in poor condition (bumblefoot) upon arriving.. this struggle to care for them was a result from health issues within the previous owner. They reached out to me, about needing to rehome their guinea pigs. While I first declined I changed my mind and was willing to give them all I could possibly give them. This includes daily 1-2x veggies, a whole new upgraded 5x2base and 2x2 loft cage (the specific brand being BIGGER than the regular 5x2 due 35x35cm grids instead of the regular 30x30grids, the entire cage is 180x70cmî~), yearly vet checkup or whenever necessary, daily handfeeding, regular cuddletime, we'll slowly work towards freeroam moments in my student dorm or in a secured area, ... So far they're fitting in well, they don't seem to mind Koda (or the otherway around) and they're happily popcorning and squeaking for food! The bumblefoot-issue of Nibble is being followed upon and treated.
