Ales & Sails Launch Night Quay Arts IOW - Paddy Lay Back (Live)

⚓ Paddy Lay Back – Live at the Ales and Sails Album Launch East Cowes Shanty performing the traditional sea song Paddy Lay Back, live at the launch of our debut album Ales and Sails at Quay Arts on the Isle of Wight, September 2026. A proper rousing sailor’s song and one that’s always great fun to sing live. Plenty of volume, plenty of harmonies and exactly the sort of song that gets an audience joining in! This performance was part of a brilliant night celebrating the release of Ales and Sails – our first album. 🎶 Ales and Sails is available now on CD and across the major streaming platforms. If you enjoy the video, give us a like, subscribe to the channel and follow East Cowes Shanty for more live performances, sea songs, shanties and general nautical nonsense. ⚓ East Cowes Shanty 📍 Isle of Wight, UK #EastCowesShanty #PaddyLayBack #SeaShanty #SeaShanties #AlesAndSails #IsleOfWight #FolkMusic #MaritimeMusic #LiveMusic
