System ID - Eigenvalue Realization Algorithm (Lecture 6)

This lecture discusses the eigenvalue realization algorithm (an output-only system ID) method. This method was using for monitoring and system ID of the Galileo spacecraft and has tremendous applications in civil infrastructure.
