Hey fiber friends! Sara from Flourishing Fibers here, and in today's video, I'm showing you two easy ways to transfer your paper embroidery patterns onto any paper you like! Whether you're working with dark paper, thick cardstock, or just want to save on printing, I've got you covered. We'll explore two main options: 1-Direct to Paper Printing: The quickest method for light-colored, printer-friendly papers. 2- Pattern Transferring: Perfect for dark, specialty, or thicker papers your printer can't handle. I'll walk you through each step, share my best tips (including how to keep things aligned and why those little "burrs" are your friends!), and show you how to lightly mark your pattern for easier stitching. The design you'll see me working on is the Zig Zag paper embroidery pattern. You can find this pattern and all the tools I use in the links below! If you're ready to customize your paper embroidery projects, this tutorial is for you. Don't forget to like this video and subscribe to Flourishing Fibers for more paper embroidery tips, tutorials, and patterns! Your support means the world to me.
