Leave Comedy To The Bears, Ebenezer!

We spent date night seeing one of our new favorite comedians do a live stand-up show. And his opening bit boiled down to this: "Don't listen to comedians." As in, don't take everything people say at face value; take it all with a grain of salt. It's comedy, for crying out load! These are jokes! Maybe we all need to keep that in mind on the daily when we find ourselves taking everything so seriously and finding offense in everything people (especially comedians) say. It's amazing what you can learn about someone just by talking to them.
