Making Steampunk Rose Copper Pipe DIY Shelving Units: Art & Crafted: Building For Bali: Ep #12

Hello and welcome to Building For Bali EP #12 from the Art & Crafted Channel! In today's episode I revisit a bookshelf and office/printer shelf I started to make 7 or 8 years ago, but never really got around to completely finishing them because of other commitments. So finally today I get to tackle the needed last few steps to make these DIY Steampunk Rose Copper shelving units complete. To catch you up to today's episode, I had a bunch of 3/4" and some 1/2" copper pipe and various fittings leftover from a large plumbing job I took on 8 years ago. With that leftover material I decided to build a bookshelf and office/printer shelf for my old house in Los Angeles. Sadly like I stated above I didn't have time to complete them....so today I clean up the old tarnished copper pipes and fittings, removing the red and blue manufacture's stripping, all the stickers, give them a hefty polishing to bring out a "rose" finish, finally lock in each individual piece and the fittings, to make each unit completely solid. I just love how these turned out!
