To be honest I haven't played this matchup much. It feels innately tough being that k'sante is both tanky and capable of dealing good damage back. Defo watch out for his knock ups & ult! Especially since he wants to toss you into his tower for an early win!!! Just keep strong in your farm and build items like dusk & dawn, riftmaker.
