This video shows the procedure for EDS data processing using the Bruker ESPRIT 1.9 software. This version of the software is running on the FEI Nova NanoSEM 230 and FEI Nova NanoSEM 450 scanning electron microscope at the University of New South Wales Electron Microscope Unit.
