Old Green Eyes

Old Green Eyes is a haunting Civil War ballad inspired by the legends surrounding Chickamauga Battlefield. Through September rain, dark woods, distant muskets, and soldiers who never quite seem to leave, the song imagines Green Eyes as something more sorrowful than frightening: a lone soldier far from home, still wandering the battlefield long after the world moved on. Some places become history. Some places seem to remember. #countrymusic #americana #funnycountrysong OldGreenEyes #Chickamauga #CivilWar #GhostStory #CivilWarHistory #HauntedHistory #HistoricalFolk #GhostBallad #OriginalMusic #AIMusic #AEMusic
