The Feynman Technique (You're Doing It Wrong)

You studied for hours and still blanked when someone asked about it. That's not a memory problem — it's the illusion of competence, and the Feynman Technique is the fix. In this video: the real 4-step Feynman Technique (not the watered-down version most people use) — how to pick one concept, explain it in plain language, find your actual gaps, and simplify it with an analogy until you could teach it to a 12-year-old. Includes a full worked example (why ice floats) so you can copy the process tonight, plus the 3 mistakes that quietly kill this method, and how to pair it with active recall and spaced repetition so what you learn actually sticks. If you want to study smarter instead of longer, this is the method. #StudyTips #FeynmanTechnique #HowToStudy
