Found burned one fine day, after I realized that the cameras powered by those batteries had been off for a while. After four years of dedicated service, enduring pouring rain, wind, and mud, with the battery switch occasionally disconnected and connected only to the panels, repeated use and abuse, it failed in an unexpected and unexplained manner, catching fire completely.
