We spent a lot of time unpacking this teaching in this third powerful exploration of the soul trait of Humiliity. This is the 10th American Mussar Cycle since we started gathering in March 2020. Mussar is a Jewish spiritual practice that helps you identify those parts of the soul that cause you to get stuck, and offers a path towards balance and healing through mindful action. This is a drop in group, people of all ages, religious backgrounds, and any level of Jewish knowledge welcome.
