Some new variants have been introduced in the lineup and prices of some of the variants have gone up by Rs 30,000. The manual variants of the updated Tata Tiago are priced between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 7.30 lakh ex-showroom Delhi). Prices of the automatic variants are expected to be revealed soon. The Tata Tiago is offered in six broad variants: XE, XM, XT, XZ, and XZ Plus. The fuel efficiency of the Tata Tiago varies depending on the engine and transmission choice. For the petrol variant with a manual transmission, it offers a mileage of 20.01 kmpl. The petrol AMT variant achieves 19.43 kmpl. In CNG mode, the Tiago delivers an impressive 26.49 km/kg with the manual transmission and 28.06 km/kg with the AMT. These are fuel efficiency figures as rated by ARAI and real-world numbers may differ. Safety is a priority for the Tata Tiago, which includes dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, a HD rearview camera, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), ABS with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), and cornering stability control.
