Every Alpha Tried and Failed to Open the Wolf King’s Locket—Until an Omega Maid Unlocked Its Secret

Every Alpha Tried and Failed to Open the Wolf King’s Locket—Until an Omega Maid Unlocked Its Secret For nine nights the Wolf King's silver locket has refused every hand that touched it. Krzysztof Tarrman of Ravenfell tried to force it. Silvio Talton of Ironmoor tried to charm it. The king's own sons tried with grief and with iron will. The throne of the wolves hangs on a clasp that will not move, and the Speaker of the Council, Natren Burman, is only too happy to wait. Then an old grey hound walks the length of the Long Ward in the Vanefalls Infirmary and looks at the one person nobody has noticed: Viveka Ottercroft, the omega who keeps the ward-hounds. She was the last person to sit with the dying king, and she is carrying a promise she was too frightened to keep. When the locket opens for her, she falls into a hall of blue lamps where the king's old wolf spirit has been waiting with the truth. #omega #werewolf #alphaking #matebond #fantasyromance #wolfking #storytime #shifterromance #omegaunderdog #audiostory
