K19 Fun Race Thursday 1st October '26

Another good fun race, although I wasn't that pleased to have K19 - it's clutch still means it's so slow out of any corner and up the ramp, and it's brakes are still an on/off switch making it so hard to control. But anyway I managed to get pole - meaning starting last on the full reverse grid. I got a few places of the line and on the ramp, then settled as others pitted in fun of me allowing me to push on. As soon as I was being held up I pitted myself, coming out in 3rd. Was in a good spot to capitalise whilst passing back markers and got into 2nd behind Sophie. Dave who had decided to play the long game and was driving well got lucky with a brief Yellow flag and took the opportunity to pit and then came out ahead of me into 2nd himself. I managed to hold off Marv in a faster kart to keep 3rd just about. Good race - thank you Marshalls 🏁🏁
