Restoring A Set of TE37's!

Struggling to find wheels in the size and color I wanted, I have imported a set of TE37sl's from Japan. This video documents what and how I restored and changed the whole appearance of the wheels to exactly what I wanted. I hope this video can help others, hoping to achieve the same!
