Idea for RANDWERK. DnD inspired "Giant Elemental Chariot"

I play Dungeons and Dragons, and was inspired to design a giant walking platform used by Giants, "powered" by Elementals, and big enough to carry a city and have a volcano on top. The "legs" help the massive stone float along, and from the end, can spew air, water, lava, steam, or a combination for defense. This gargantuan structure could grow over time. And I am now exploring the Giant Scions.
