Vs. Sunshine - Pokemon Ghost Grey

So this fight goes one of two ways: he sets up w/ Work Up, does Dark Pulse or another move (forgot what), and heals up any damage using Recover; he can also uh, just continuously swap between Work Up and Recover, for some reason. I recorded the latter. Should the former happen, I don't think the fight is TOO difficult otherwise, if you've done what I'm doing and just focus mainly on battling any trainers on the routes and main story paths. You got Will-O-Wisp plus Screens to offset damage (doubly so with Sableye and Impidimp's line having Prankster), Lycanroc and Gloomeon have No Guard to INSTANTLY set Sleep upon Sunshine, upon others that I can't immediately think of atm.
