If you want to read the Bible more or how to read the bible consistently but life keeps getting in the way, read the Bible with me and build a daily Bible reading habit through Scripture, prayer, reflection, Proverbs, Psalms, and peaceful Bible reading. This is an unscripted Bible study with me series for anyone who wants to make more time for God but finds that work, family, responsibilities, stress, and everyday life keep taking over. My goal is simple: to read through the Bible consistently, one day at a time, while building a community of people who want to do the same. Today is Day 23, and we are reading Luke 23, Psalm 23, and Proverbs 23. One of the biggest things that stood out to me today was how Jesus remained firm even while He was being falsely accused, mocked, pressured, and ultimately crucified. In Luke 23, Jesus did not allow fear or the pressure of other people to make Him abandon the truth. Sometimes He answered. Sometimes He remained silent. What stood out to me is that we need the Holy Spirit to give us discernment about when to speak and when silence is the better response. We do not have to change what we believe simply because someone questions, criticizes, or opposes us. The crucifixion also made me reflect on how much more there is to this life than what we see physically. Jesus knew His purpose. That reminded me to slow down, think about why God has placed us here, appreciate the people He has given us, and be careful about how we speak to and treat one another. Psalm 23 connected perfectly with that message: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.” It reminded me that we do not have to live controlled by fear when we genuinely trust that God is with us and that this physical life is not the end of the story. Proverbs 23 brought practical reminders about discipline, comparison, wealth, appetite, alcohol, honoring our parents, wisdom, and moderation. One of my strongest reflections was how easily we can look for comfort in food, alcohol, material things, or other distractions instead of turning to God when we are struggling. I’m not presenting myself as a Bible expert. I’m simply opening the Bible each day, reading the Scriptures first, sharing my personal reflections on what stood out to me, and ending in prayer. If you are looking for a Bible study for beginners, Christian meditation, Bible narration, daily Bible reading, or a peaceful way to spend more time with God, you are welcome to read and pray with me. Bring your own Bible and read along, or listen while you clean, commute, get ready, journal, walk, relax, or take some quiet time with God. This is about consistency, not perfection. Read with me. Reflect with me. Pray with me. Subscribe and join me for Day 24 as we continue reading through Luke, Psalms, and Proverbs together. #ReadTheBibleWithMe #BibleStudyWithMe #Luke23 #BibleStudyForBeginners #BibleReading #DailyBibleReading #PrayWithMe #Prayer #DailyPrayer #ChristianMeditation #PeacefulBibleReading #BibleReflection #Psalm23 #Proverbs23 #WorshipPrayer #RoyalLoyalTreatment 0:00 Day 23 — Read the Bible and Pray With Me 0:55 Opening Prayer 2:12 Luke 23 8:52 False Accusations and Staying Firm in the Truth 11:30 Jesus Is Crucified 12:00 Don’t Let Fear Make You Deny What You Believe 12:41 Sometimes Silence Is the Strongest Response 14:14 Father, Into Your Hands I Commit My Spirit 16:00 Slow Down and Remember What Really Matters 17:40 Psalm 23 18:28 I Will Fear No Evil 19:23 God Is With You in the Valley 21:06 Proverbs 23 25:55 Guard Yourself From Gluttony and Excess 28:25 Wisdom, Discipline and Honoring Your Parents 30:49 Be Careful What You Use for Comfort 33:45 Closing Prayer
