PREVIEW 2/2 || Eliotopaverse Rebooted: Technologies (Microsoft Windows)

In Eliotopaverse Rebooted, Multimedia PC immediately got integrated with more innovations and technological advancement in 1990, rather than being an optional before 1992. There is no confirmed date for a full release. So, do not bother arguing about it. Some sounds are made by GMM (TRIAGE-II), Gonzland (Triage-4), disctr4k (90; slight lower-pitched on Code Ophelia), and Zhuguli232 (Royale). The latter will come out more since it is far from done.
