去完深圳兩日一夜，我體會到點解港人喜歡北上消費。 Spent a weekend in Shenzhen, and I finally get why Hong Kongers are flocking north to spend. 拋開所有政治濾鏡同二元對立，雙眼見到嘅客觀事實就係：深圳呢二十年嘅改變同進步非常巨大。市容乾淨、科技便利、餐飲豐富，而且前線服務真心重視顧客體驗。最重要係，市民生活質素同水平提高咗好多，民生水準提高嘅情況之下，你會感覺到少咗一種社會怨氣壓力。（當然我唔可以唔睇政治體系帶即畀所有國民更深層的影響嘅嗰一種無型壓力，但呢一種情況目前根本冇辦法扭轉，暫且喺呢度唔講。） Strip away the politics and black-and-white perspectives, and the visible reality is undeniable: Shenzhen’s progress over the last two decades has been monumental. Spotless streets, seamless technology, incredible food, and genuine hospitality. As the quality of daily life has improved, the ambient social frustration feels visibly lower. (I won't pretend the deeper systemic pressures don't exist, but that's a reality beyond our control for now.) 反觀香港，大家生活成本高、居住空間狹窄，日常壓力本來就已經瀕臨爆煲。但喺香港消費，好多時畀咗昂貴嘅溢價，換嚟嘅卻係催促、冷漠同極差嘅態度。辛苦搵錢換嚟消費期間得到嘅負能量，市民又點會有動力留港消費？當一個城市失去創新與獨特競爭力，單靠講出「大家唔留港消費，經濟點會好啊？」，並唔會解決到問題。喺香港買到嘅一切，幾乎喺大陸或者世界其他地方都買得到，甚至比香港平，咁點算呢？ 香港仲剩返有啲咩特色去推動經濟？ 唔通淨係靠「金融」呢個老本？就算以前興旺嘅地產業，都逐漸失去光彩。 金錢係一種能量交換，消費本質上就係追求心靈同情緒嘅滋養。大家北上，表面上係計較性價比，實際上係每個人嘅身心靈，都喺本能地尋找一個寬敞、舒適、被尊重嘅喘息空間。 以上純屬自己嘅愚見，每個人都有自己嘅感受同對事物嘅見解，不喜勿插。 Meanwhile in Hong Kong, people already live in cramped quarters under crushing daily stress. But spending locally often means paying a hefty premium just to be rushed, dismissed, and met with bad attitudes. Why trade hard-earned cash for negative vibes? Guilt-tripping people with "Support the local economy" won't fix structural complacency. Almost anything sold in HK can be bought across the border or globally—often much cheaper. Beyond resting on our laurels in finance—with real estate already fading—what unique spark does Hong Kong have left? Money is energy exchange. At its core, spending is about seeking emotional and spiritual nourishment. Heading north isn't just about saving a buck; it’s an instinctive search for space, comfort, and the simple dignity of being treated well. Just my two cents.
