What would an accounting practice look like if clients, services, documents, work, people and reporting were connected instead of managed across separate systems? This Practice 360 guided tour shows one practical approach. The demonstration is built on Microsoft 365 and brings together areas such as: • CRM and prospect management • Client and contact management • Service profiles and recurring work • Secure client portal • Document requirements and tracking • Task and workflow management • Timesheets and activity history • Knowledgebase, SOPs and training • Employee and practice information • Utilization, workload and management reporting • Security, permissions and controlled access The objective is not to introduce another disconnected application. It is to create a clearer operating model where information, responsibility and work can move through the practice with less manual coordination and better visibility. The tour uses Microsoft 365 as the demonstration environment, but the same connected-practice principles can be designed around Microsoft 365, Zoho, ERPNext or an existing mix of accounting and business applications. Practice 360 is not a fixed software product or mandatory technology stack. It is an example of how a practice can structure and connect the systems it already relies on.
