Before the Climb — A Kumano Kodo Dawn (Version B) | Lofi Full Album

Six slow pieces for shakuhachi, koto and felt piano, set in a pilgrim's mountain hut on the Kumano Kodo at 4:30 on a misty November morning, while rain drips from ancient cedars and a lantern gutters on the porch. Let it carry you from the glow of the charcoal brazier out to the first step into the fog, for meditation, study, sleep or a quiet start to the day.
